The heart is one of the most important organs in the entire human body. Potassium helps maintain normal muscle function and contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Magnesium is a mineral substance necessary for life and is required for the maintenance of normal muscle function. Zinc contributes to the normal metabolism of fatty acids. Vitamins B6, B12, iron and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
