Really works for anxiety
This has a very subtle effect but a couple of drops in water and I realise I feel calmer and more peaceful. It’s not dramatic and I am always open minded about these kind of remedies but can honestly say this has helped and I would always keep it in.

Possible remedy ?
This Bach remedy was recommend to me to help me sleep better. I have only been using it for a couple of week so haven’t seen any real difference as yet. I think it does make me feel more calm as I add a few drops to glasses of water during the day.
