Pycnogenol is a natural plant extract derived from the French Maritime pine. Pycnogenol is a concentrated source containing proanthocyanadins, organic acids and other biologically active components.
Full ingredients
Citrus Bioflavonoids, Capsule Shell (Gelatine), Pycnogenol (extract of Pinus pinaster), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).

Directions:
Take one to two capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.

Great product for immune system!
Far too expensive but can't be without them. I used to buy H&B's Pine Bark Extract which was amazing and excellent quality and value for money. Please H&B bring back Pine Bark Extract, same product, different name!
