“This stuff smells awful when you open it you need to give it a really good rinse before cooking it I have the fettuccini, the rice and the noodles Means when I cook a curry or bolognese for my slim husband and serve it on a pile of rice or pasta I can eat this stuff and not feel deprived Much more filling than cauliflower rice For “fast500” days make miso soup with noodles and strips of fresh veg for a filling really low calorie meal - really helpful!”
