Gives a great boost of energy
“I train every morning at 5.30 am and it is a struggle, I’ve never used a pre workout before and this was trial to see if it helped. It did! Maybe because of the early morning training I do this seemed to give me a kick and helps me hit the ground running! Will def used again”
