If we haven’t dispatched your test yet, then we can give you a full refund. If we’ve already dispatched your test, then we’ll refund you for the cost of the test minus a £10 admin fee.
We are unable to provide a refund, or a credit note for any H&B&Me Wellness at home blood testing kits when the security seals have been broken.

A customer can exchange a test kit for the same value as the test kit originally sold only if the test kit security seals have not been broken and customer has their receipt and is within 30 days.

A customer will be unable to exchange test kit for another test kit or any other store item if the security seal on the test kit has been opened.
