Terms and Conditions

GENERAL OVERVIEW 

- These Terms & Conditions apply across the H&B loyalty scheme which we call “H&B&Me” ("the Programme") 

- By registering for the Programme or participating in the Programme, you accept these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy here: https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/info/privacy-cookie-policy/ 

- The Programme is operated by Holland & Barrett Retail Limited (“H&B”). 

- H&B can change or end the Programme at any time.  

USING YOUR ACCOUNT 

- Use your H&B&Me account in UK stores, www.hollandandbarrett.com, the H&B app, or by phone with our customer service team.  

- You cannot trade or sell points, cards, or vouchers. 

- You must activate your account to get full benefits. 

- You must keep your personal details and account secure. 

EARNING POINTS 

- You will receive 300 welcome points for joining the Programme (redeemable on your second transaction) 

- You will earn 4 points for every £1 spent.  Points are only awarded on purchases of £1 and over.  Points are earned on the actual amount you spend after discounts or other promotions or offers.  

- Promotions may offer different point rates and bonus points for certain non-transactional engagement.  

- There is a maximum of 10,000 points per member. 

- Points awarded when you purchase a product will be removed if the item is returned.  

- Missed points can be added if you present a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase.  

- Certain products may be excluded from the Programme at the discretion of H&B, particularly those which are the subject of other promotional activity.  In addition, you will not earn points on gift cards, charity donations and purchases through third party apps (including GLP-1 prescriptions).  

USING POINTS  

- Point can be used in increments of 50 points.  The first increment is 50 points = 50p off.  Points will then be redeemable in increments of 50 (e.g. 100 points = £1 off, 150 points = £1.50 off etc).  

- Points will be redeemable after they are earnt.  You can choose how many points you redeem to reduce your spend – you do not need to use any or all of your points in a transaction.  

-  You cannot redeem more points than the transaction value – for example, if you have 500 points but your basket amount is £4.99, then you can only redeem 450 points (and you would retain 50 points).  

- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed for credit or to purchase gift cards.  

- Points can be used towards purchasing higher-priced items (and you will need to pay the difference) 

- H&B may from time to time change the number of points you can collect on products and services included in the Programme. We will display notices in stores and at www.hollandandbarrett.com advising of these changes. 

EXPIRY OF POINTS    

- Points will roll over each year unless you do not make any purchase using your Programme account during the previous 12 months.  Your points would then expire.  

MEMBER PRICING 

- As a H&B&Me Programme member, you will receive extra member discounts on selected products.  We refer to these prices as “Member Prices”. 

- These Member Prices are clearly displayed in store, online or on our App next to the relevant product. 

- Member Prices are applicable to a varied selection of our products. This selection of products will change from time to time. 

- In order to receive any Member Prices, you must be registered for the H&B&Me Programme and you must provide your account registration details at the time of purchase.  We are unable to offer you the Member Prices at a later date – you must confirm your registration details at purchase.  

- A purchase is required to get the Member Price discount. 

- Member Prices cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers 

- If you return a discounted item, you will only be refunded the price you actually paid for the product (after the discount).  

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO 

- Points may be removed or cancelled if we determine (in our sole discretion) that the points were given in error or in breach of the Programme rules   

- The Programme and these T&Cs are governed by English law and any disputes must be dealt with in the English courts. 

- H&B can update these terms at any time.  By continuing to use the Programme, you accept the changes.  The latest T&Cs are available on our website or from customer service.

WHO CAN JOIN THE PROGRAMME? 

- You must be 16 years or older and live in the UK.   

- You must register for an account – either in-store, online, or via the H&B app. 

ACCOUNT RULES 

- Your account is personal and not transferable. 

- Only one account per person is allowed.  We may refuse, merge or close duplicate or additional accounts at any time. 

- Family and friends must register for their own accounts, even if living with you. 

- Accounts are for personal use only, not for businesses or commercial use. 

ACCOUNT ISSUES & TERMINATION 

- Your account may be cancelled if you abuse the Programme, or you break any rules, or you provide false information or act inappropriately. 

- You are welcome to close your account at any time, but by leaving the Programme members forfeit the right to any unused points or money off vouchers already accrued or issued, and you will also lose all other benefits of the Programme. 

- If no points are earned for 12 months, your account may be removed or closed at our sole discretion.   If we do this, you will need to apply for new membership should you wish to re-join the Programme. 

- Family members may inherit points from deceased relatives – please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to assist.    

PRIVACY NOTICE 

- Your data is safe and not shared with outside marketers. 

- H&B may contact you with offers, updates, or surveys - you control your preferences.

Bonus vouchers

Free Nutrition Consultation Offer – only available in England, Scotland and Wales.​

£5 bonus points on us

Offer valid for selected H&B&Me members only. 

Eligible customers will receive 500 bonus points (which is worth the equivalent of £5 to spend at H&B) credited to their H&B&Me account. There is no minimum spend.  These Bonus points must be redeemed by 17^th February 2026; any unused bonus points will be removed by midnight on 17^th February 2026.
