Our qualified menstrual nurse appointments are provided by The Endometriosis Foundation.
You'll receive an email and text confirming your 121 appointment – your email will include a link to access the call on the date and time you have selected. You'll also get a calendar invitation, text and email reminders in the lead up.
Now your appointment is booked, it's a great time to think about what questions you want to ask and what you hope to get from the session – note these down and have to them to have to hand during the appointment.
Our online appointments are video calls, either 15 or 45 minutes depending on what appointment you've booked. You can access your appointment using a computer, mobile phone or tablet device as long as it has a connection to the internet – there's no need to download any apps or install any software.
You may want to bring something to take notes as you'll be getting lots of great advice and information. All video calls are recorded and you will receive a follow-up email detailing out conversation.
