All you’ll need to make your oats is rolled oats (of course!), milk or a dairy free alternative, chia seeds, a sweetener of your choice like agave syrup or stevia, and your favourite nut butter.
Simply add the ingredients to a jar or bowl, mix together and then leave overnight. In the morning, heat for one minute in the microwave if you need something warming in winter or eat just as they are.
