I don’t usually eat breakfast cereal but make an exception for this. It is very delicious and good to know how beneficial it is to gut health. It’s great as it is, but I usually add some linseed, chia and a few dried cranberries.

Healthy tasty breakfast cereal.
Nice cereal, looks very healthy. Tasty with a chopped banna and some almond milk. Less sweet than my normal supermarket brand which is good . Quite expensive for a ot very large box though.
