Glucosamine Plus from Health and Supplement brand Bioglan provides 1500mg of Glucosamine Hydrochloride along with a combination of Chondroitin and MSM. Found in cartilage in our bodies, Glucosamine is a naturally occurring amino sugar whilst Chondroiting sulphate is also an important structural component of cartilage. MSM is an organic compound that contains sulphur, and can be found in every cell in the human body.
These three ingredients are the major building block of Glycosaminoglycans, which is the key to structural component of cartilage and connective tissues. This easy to take and convenient formulation helps to replenish levels in the body.

Directions:
Two tablets to be taken daily, with a glass of water, after food.

Quality product
To be honest i`m using them not only for myself but for my border collie ( 1 a day ) who has arthritis in his hips and back legs and the Vet said o.k. to give him them , can`t tell yet how much they`re helping but he ain`t any worse watch this space . Steve .

Excellent
I have used this product for years now following trial and error with lots of different brands. I think this is the best product for me and wouldn't be without it. When I don't take it, my knees certainly let me know!!!
