APPLE PURÉE FOR THE SAVOURY AND THE SWEET

This apple purée is delicious as both a sauce and a spread. It complements savoury and sweet, for example, sweet potatoes, eggs and vegan cheese. It is also good as a spread on toasted saffron bread.
