Deliciously Ella loves the nutty, crunchy texture of this recipe. To make it, they crush the hazelnuts, before tossing them with gluten free oats, maple syrup and orange juice. They then stir in cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds and bake it all to perfection.

“It’s not as healthy as it appears and pretty high in sugar even if they dress it up as date syrup and orange juice but I do find this granola so yummy and one of my favourites. It is very sweet so best tempered with yogurt or mixed with other cereals but has a great crunch and a lovely flavour”
