The perfect choice for making sumptuous sauces or adding substance to soups, casseroles and curries, chopped tomatoes have a rich, pure tomato sauce. Chunky pieces of Italian tomatoes are pre chopped for your convenience to reduce cooking time, simply add to the pan and allow to simmer until the flavours meld together.
It takes less than 24 hours to vine pick and can these organically grown tomatoes, a speedy process to maintain the best flavour and texture. Their vibrant, red colour is due to their high carotenoid content, one of the main carotenoids in tomatoes is Lycopene.

- Cook sliced onion with your favourite curry paste, add your choice of protein and some chopped tomatoes. Simmer until fragrant, serve with a spoonful of yogurt and fresh coriander.
- Warm crushed garlic in olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes and meatballs (or plant-based alternative), bubble until cooked through. Serve with rice or pasta.
