- Lecithin describes a combination of naturally occurring phospholipids, which are extracted during the processing of soybean oil. Lecithin is a fat that is essential in the cell of a human body and is present in the form of cell membranes. It can be found in many foods, including soybeans and egg yolks.

Soya Lecithin, Capsule Shell (Glycerol, Modified Corn Starch, Carrageenan, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Carbonate). For allergens- please see ingredients in bold.

Take one to three capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.

I have been taking this now for a few weeks and find it great for symptoms of menopause, low moods have lifted and it is because of the soy in Lecithin.
