Tastes good and works
I’m not menopausal, just moody ;) but this helped either way. It tastes quite a bit of saffron, the active ingredient. And it has a nice crunch to it!

Taste ok and seems to help. I read a very negative one star review and felt it was unfair and might put people off. I have tried this and the calm bar. I think it helps me. This one does not taste brilliant, but it is dark chocolate which has that bitter taste, so it is ok. …
