- Omega 3 fish oils support both heart health and vision. This product contains Docosahexaenoic acid or DHA, which contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function when 250mg of DHA are ingested daily.

My children hated the smell, size, texture of these, so tried one and wasted them all.
