Full ingredients
Each 500mg capsule contains Chicory Inulin Fibre, Maltodextrin, Soy Fibre, Vegetable Hypromellose, Friendly bacteria complex, Magnesium Stearate, Titanium Dioxide, Vitamin C. Friendly Bacteria Complex contains Lactobacilius Casei, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Bifidobacterium Bifidum, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium Longum and Lactobacillius Lactis.

Directions:
Take 1-2 capsules per day after a meal or snack. For optimal results take 2 capsules for a minimum of 20 days.

Excellent product
Very good product. My Mum who is 85 takes it regularly since many years as she had stomach problems and it has reduced many of her symptoms.
