About Alex
Alex has a long history of assisting customers achieve their health goals, Initially, he worked in Holland & Barrett stores for 4 years before going on to study for his degree. He has been working in Nutritionist roles in the Store Support Centre since 2010 and currently holds the position of Senior Nutritionist in the Customer Engagement Centre.
Alex has built up a wealth of knowledge in a wide range of areas over his 14 years as a Holland & Barrett Nutritionist but has a number of areas of particular interest, namely Sports Nutrition, weight management and emotional wellbeing.
In his spare time, Alex spends time with his wife and little girl, likes to go on long country walks, go to the gym and plays the drums in a rock covers band.
