Olympic rower, business owner, Sunday Times bestselling co-author and mum of two: Baz Moffat is a champion in every sense.
“Sport was...where I felt normal,” says Baz. Her persistence took her from school sport to the Team GB squad aged just 25. But, after retiring from pro sport, Baz struggled to apply an Olympic mindset to everyday life. “I had to harmonise mind and body”.
And so came
The Well HQ, a women’s sport initiative opening door for girls’ sport in schools and providing groundbreaking women’s health courses to sports educators. Through her expertise, life experience and hours spent coaching women on their athletic needs, Baz has created “a solid set of principles that can and do help women thrive”
And every goal matters: “I work with Olympic champions trying to steal an extra millisecond and I work with women who don’t want to wet themselves when they stand up.”
