I also have a keen interest in women’s health, particularly menopause. I'm dedicated to offering valuable insights and support to women navigating this transitional phase of life with my approach focusing on the role of nutrition and lifestyle changes in managing menopausal symptoms and enhancing quality of life.
Outside of this, I love playing sports, especially cricket, and enjoy experimenting in the kitchen trying out new recipes.
