Chloe is a health and fitness feature writer and editor specialising in women's health and anti-diet culture fitness and wellness. She began her career as an in-house writer at magazines, including Good Housekeeping and Red, before helping to establish Strong Women, Stylist magazine's health and fitness vertical. She went freelance in 2021 and now works regularly with Women's Health, Cosmopolitan, i news, Glamour and more, as well as launching Gray's Anatomy, a Substack about bodies.
She also works on commercial content, brand and trend insight reporting and consultancy. As a qualified fitness trainer, she teaches for virtual workout platforms and East London studios and hosts inclusive movement events.
Chloe makes wellness a way of life by… matching her movement to her mood, switching up her workouts between slow walks, rehabilitating Pilates, long runs and tough strength workouts (and fuelling all of them well with plenty of protein, carbs and fats).
