Dan has worked in a variety of nutrition roles in the food industry since 2014 working with primary school children upto other Nutrition professionals. He has been with Holland and Barrett since June 2024 leading the Nutrition team at the head office.
He completed a Chefs Skill course at Leiths School of Food and Wine and nearly followed that profession into restaurant kitchens. Food is at the heart of everything he does, helping people to enjoy what they eat, while also leading healthier lives. A below average tennis player with a career significantly shorter than is nutrition occupation.
