I am a registered nutritionist with a PhD in clinical nutrition and a member of the institute of clinical research. I have wide range of experience in the field of nutrition, health, and wellness, working across both commercial and academic sectors.
After completing my PhD I was a post-doctoral research fellow specialising in human nutrition research in both the general population and in patients with disease. I then moved into industry, having a range of medical, science, research, and nutrition roles, whilst maintaining my academic affiliation. Before moving to Holland & Barrett I led the scientific affairs and consumer nutrition teams at Danone.
