I’ve been part of the H&B team since 2021, initially as a Store Manager before transitioning into the role of a Nutritionist in December 2023. My passion lies in empowering individuals with the knowledge they need to achieve their health and wellness goals.
One of my favourite topics within the realm of nutrition is sports nutrition. I’m all about utilising diet and supplements to supercharge our workouts. Whether it’s building strength, increasing speed, or recovering after a tough session, I’m dedicated to sharing insights on how we can use nutrition to unlock our full potential in sport and exercise.
Beyond sports nutrition, I’m deeply fascinated by women’s health. I enjoy exploring how different stages of the menstrual cycle impact our bodies and minds, and I’m committed to helping women navigate these fluctuations through tailored nutrition and exercise strategies. Moreover, I’m passionate about addressing the challenges of menopause and empowering women to embrace this stage of life with vitality and resilience.
When I’m not immersed in nutrition discussions, you’ll likely find me exercising. From swimming, running, cycling, and football to strength training and callisthenics – I’m always up for a new fitness challenge!
