Helen Phadnis is a registered dietitian and has been an MRCGP Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, London, since 2015. As a former elite athlete, Helen encountered various challenges when receiving conflicting nutrition advice during her youth. This spurred her pursuit of clarity and understanding in the field of dietetics.
After gaining extensive experience as a senior specialist dietitian in the NHS, Helen recognised the systemic limitations hindering personalised patient care. Motivated to provide better solutions, she established her private practice, emphasising the pivotal role of genetic analysis in optimising nutrition.
Today, as the founder of The Bespoke Nutrition Coach, Helen offers tailored consultations and ongoing support, incorporating DNA testing and advanced analysis tools. Her approach prioritises scientific insights and individualised guidance, yielding transformative outcomes for clients seeking sustainable weight management, gut health improvement and enhanced overall wellbeing.
Helen's expertise and empathetic approach help empower individuals to navigate their nutritional needs with confidence and achieve their wellness goals effectively.
