Natalie discovered her love for writing while studying at Leeds Metropolitan University, so decided to take studying further and completed a Masters in English Literature at The University of Nottingham. During her studies, Natalie reviewed art exhibitions for Nottingham’s LeftLion magazine and then went onto write health and wellness articles for a major high-street pharmacist.
With a passion for women’s health in particular, Natalie believes everyone should have access to reliable, factually accurate health information, education and advice. Some of her favourite topics to work on are menopause, periods, puberty, STIs and sexual wellness.
In her spare time, you’ll find Natalie indulging in her current hobby obsession – friendship bracelet making – and getting lost in fantasy books in between. She also travels as much as possible and loves cuddling with her cat Nola.
Natalie makes wellness a way of life by… starting each day with a probiotic, prioritising five minutes every night for Gua Sha and trying to get 10,000 steps in a day.
