Add the dates, chia seeds, almonds, cacao and protein powder to a food processor and blend to incorporate (it should come together to form a flour like consistency)
Pour into a bowl, add the Manuka honey and a tablespoon of water. Using your hands, mix until it forms a sticky dough (add more water, a teaspoon at a time, if needed)
Roll the sticky dough into 12-15 small balls, cover with the extra cacao powder and enjoy
Top tip: They'll last three to five days if you keep them sealed in the fridge
