1/2 red onion, roughly chopped
2 x garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
10g flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
10g coriander, finely chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds, to finish
