Lay a piece of baking paper over a tray.
Melt your chocolate in a heat proof bowl in the microwave in 30 second bursts.
Once melted, spread your chocolate across the parchment paper.
Using a blender, blitz the pistachios and tahini together to form a thick paste (add water to loosen if needed).
Spoon the pistachio mixture on top of the melted chocolate and using a knife, drag through the pistachio mixture to create swirls.
Top with the trail mix and place in the fridge to set.
Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!
