In this recipe we take creamy camembert to a whole new level by smothering it in honey and olive oil and sprinkling with fresh thyme. It is then baked in the oven until soft and gooey. Perfect served with your favourite gluten-free crostini.
Put the cheese into a small oven-proof dish and using a sharp paring knife, cut through the skin of the cheese in a cross-hatch pattern. Pour over the olive oil followed by the honey and then they thyme.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is soft and oozy. Remove from the oven and serve with crostini.
