Method
Step 1
In a large frying pan, toast the oats, seeds and chopped nuts for 3-4 minutes, or until golden. Transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
In a food processor, blitz the dates, agave nectar and nut butter until smooth.
Step 3
Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and add the maca. Work together with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Step 4
Transfer into a 20cmx20cm tin. Press down to compact the mixture and then place in the fridge to cool and set for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Once ready, cut into 8 bars. Eat immediately, or keep in a sealed container for up to a week.
