Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Melt your coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl
In a separate bowl, add the melted coconut oil, almond butter and maple syrup. Beat together until fully combined
Then, add the flour, baking powder and salt. Carefully fold this into the wet ingredients (if you find the mixture becomes too dry, loosen up with some milk)
Roll into eight even-sized balls and place spaced out onto the prepared baking sheet. Press two to three chocolate drops onto the top of each cookie
Cook for nine to 12 minutes. Once done, take out and let them cool before enjoying – if you have the will power!
