Add the boiling water to a jug with the tea bags – allow to steep for eight minutes.
Strain the tea bags out and allow to cool in the jug.
Add the orange and pomegranate juice to the chilled tea mixture, stir until all the liquids are mixed.
To serve, add three pieces of ice into two tall glasses, pour over the tea and juice mix – then garnish with the orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
Add all the ingredients with the exception of the garnish, to a pan – bring to a boil and simmer gently for five minutes.
Strain out the teabags.
Pour into two mugs and garnish with the orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
