Vegan pumpkin spice latte
It's never too early for the warming taste of a pumpkin spice latte. Blended with pumpkin seed butter, flaxseed powder and vegan-friendly agave nectar, perk up your coffee with our plant-based PSL
Ingredients
- 150ml plant-based milk (we chose to use almond milk, but any will work)
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seed butter
- Optional: 1 scoop Naturya Gut Feel flaxseed blend, unflavoured
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- Optional: vegan whipped cream

Step 1
Add the instant coffee, flaxseed blend (if using), pumpkin seed butter and agave nectar to your favourite mug (the spookier the better)
Step 2
Heat the milk in a pan and bring to a simmer, stirring often – careful not to burn. Once warm, carefully pour the milk into your mug and stir well to combine
Step 3
If using, top with your whipped cream. Enjoy!
