Ingredients

  • 250g oat flour
  • 4 tbsp Naturya Gut Feel Mixed Berry 
  • 4 tbsp Naturya Chia+ Strawberry
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt 
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • 50ml plant milk (we chose to use almond)
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like your muffins)

Step 1

First, add all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Then add the wet ingredients, including the mashed banana, and fold in gently

Step 2

Scoop the batter into muffin cases and bake at 170c for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until golden. If you pop a skewer in, this should come out clean

Step 3

Once you’re happy with them, take them out to cool for a bit. Then they’re ready to enjoy!
