Bags burst and create gritty mess
“I purchased 6 boxes of 10 sachets of the above decaffeinated coffee bags in a 3 for 2 offer from your local shop. I have found constantly that the bags split when steeping in a cup while waiting for the coffee to brew. I analysed the bags and realise while some edges have a one centimetre seal the opposite end has 2mm seal and that is not strong enough. When these are being made by machine presumably your quality control are not seeing these problems. It is very frustrating to keep having the bags burst open and the coffee unpleasant and gritty not to mention the mess it creates.”
