Directions:

“Bought this pre workout I took it as directed.it did nothing to boost my energy for a workout. I tried double the dose for a week and still nothing. I don't know what they have done to this pre workout but I won't be buying it again. I encourage you to not buy this its a waste of money.im going back to abe off another website”

I love it! Wish I had used this years ago
“I used to be exhausted after 30-45 mins of weight training and often needing a daytime nap. Since taking this, I've been working for for a minimum of 1 hour and still eager to keep going! Even choosing to walk 20 mins home from the gym some days too. I'm lifting heavier, training harder with so much more enjoyment of the gym. Have made some noticeable gains after 5 weeks too. I don't want to workout without it. The watermelon flavour tastes great, would definitely recommend. Idk what all the 1 star reviews are about, I have had a completely different experience.”
