Solgar bring you a convenient one-a-day multivitamin boosted with B-complex vitamins and chelated minerals. Free of sugar, salt and starch it has been formulated to provide adults with nutritional support. With Vitamins B12 and B6 for immune system and nervous system support, Vitamin C to contribute to bone and teeth health, Vitamin D to support the immune system and bone health. Also blended with Copper which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
