Solgar Ubiquinol Softgels brings to you 100mg of active form ubiquinol in every oil-based softgel to ensure optimal absorption and assimilation. Ubiquinol is the reduced form of coenzyme Q-10, also known as CoQ10. CoQ10 is found in all cells of the body with high levels in the heart, skeletal muscles and other tissues with high energy requirements. As we age, our bodies produce less and less CoQ-10. This vitamin-like substance can be found in a wide variety of foods, but organ meats such as heart, liver and kidney contain particularly high levels. Other sources include beef, soy oil, sardines, mackerel, and peanuts.

Directions:

“While at first you wont notice much change but as you slowly approach week 3 you will feel a slight shift in your energy level and from there everyday you will continue to feel all over positive. Certain chronic pain will start to feel less excruciating. Of course over all you still have to watch your diet and it will help to add healthier options and along with better digestion-absorption due to the supplement you wont look back. Now pricing wise its a little expensive to buy without the offer so I suggest wait for 3 for 2 or other better deals. Quality of the supplement was great and I picked up at my local store.”
