Yummy - Lovely Organic Turmeric Paste ....
“I love this product. I've just made a lovely base for my (vegetarian) chicken curry from 'Turmeric Merchant Organic Turmeric Paste', some lovely 'Ginger Party Organic Minced Ginger' (also from Holland and Barrett), a hearty helping of course ground black pepper and 5 to 6 twists from the course ground 'Pink Himalayan Rock Salt' mill as well as a teaspoon of sweet tie chilli and some smoked paprika. I've added a few other spices in there (top secret recipe lol) but as always, the base ingredients were quickly heated for a minute in a generous helping of pre-heated extra virgin olive oil before the quorn chicken was added and tossed around for a couple of minutes followed by 5 large (fresh) chopped tomatoes. Lower the heat down and stir for 4 to 5 minutes as it gently breaks the tomatoes down into a sauce and bubbles into a masterpiece. Served on a bed of basmati rice (which was on the boil the whole time). Lovely meal which took under 10 minutes to make. Yummy !!!”
