“My favourite ptotein shake, Shreddy, wasn't available when I needed it and tried this because of the 5* reviews. The flavour is OK but I have found it impossible to make a smooth shake. It does not mix as well as I wanted and is slightly unpleasant to drink, it always feels as if you are drinking several small lumps. Not again.”
