- SynBalance® SmilinGUT is a clinically studied blend of lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium longum.

“Been taking these nearly a month now. I got recommended by someone to have a shot of applecider vinegar with a capsule each morning so ive been doing that. My gut feels ok i think i probably need to take it for longer to see more effects and the effects are probably on the inside where i cant see. But i would still definitely recommend if you have gut issues”

Better but early days
“Since taking these my years of suffering from nervous bowel now more inclined to be called IBS have eased. I think it is a little too early to say they have cured my problems as i have not yet finished a months supply but they have certainly helped! I am optimistic that another couple of weeks will see more improvement.”
