Fushi Fresh-Pressed® Organic Avocado Oi is packed with vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 as well as Lecithin, making it a very nourishing oil. The fatty acids are key for hydrating, rebuilding and boosting skin suppleness along with the phytosterols in the oil that help prevent loss of moisture and keep skin nourished. Directions:
Apply 10-15 drops daily to your face or use as a night oil treatment. Massage 15-20 drops into scalp and hair. Leave overnight before washing for best results. Use 2-3 tablespoons daily as cooking oil.
