Fushi Organic Ghee can be used to substitute your cooking oil and you can use in any place you would use oil or butter. You could try using ghee in the following ways: - Use as a cooking oil for sautéing, frying or roasting - Baking - can be used instead of butter in many baking recipes to add a richer flavour - Roasting - for roasting vegetables, and potatoes you can melt the ghee and drizzle over before baking Keep refridgerated once opened.
