“I’ve only just started the aloe Vera juice drink, it tastes quite pleasant, BUT I am very disappointed in its shelf life, it will probably be out of date before the second bottle is opened”

Okay for the price seems to help
“I was using an expensive brand of aloe gel which I couldn't afford and switched to this, it's not as good as the other but tfor the price it has the same elements, I find it best to put 2 measures anti a glass with a dash of water and some fruit juice such as apple juice and drink in one as the vitamins in the fruit help to break it down and absorb it. On its own its a bit too compact to wash through the gut. So I advise volumising it with the fruit juice or just water if you prefer u find it works bette that way first thing in the morning to clear out any food rubbish leftover in your gut and before bed when you have the night time for cleansing.”
