Rosemary Oil is thought to be a highly stimulating oil that clears the head, aids memory, and enlivens the brain and mind. Blend a few drops of Miaroma rosemary pure essential oil with a base oil, such as sweet almond oil, for massage or a stimulating bathing experience. Miaroma rosemary pure essential oil is totally pure, making it ideal for a stimulating aromatherapy massage. The art of aromatherapy can be traced back to the great ancient civilisations of Egypt, Greece and Rome where essential oils were valued for their many uses. Aromatherapy oils, such as Rosemary, may be used singly or mixed together to create your own blends. Miaroma rosemary oil is 100% pure and natural, sourced from Tunisia. No synthetic ingredients are ever added to any Miaroma essential oils.

For bathing, run a warm bath, add 4-6 drops of oil and disperse with your hand. Then relax in the bath for at least 10 minutes to allow the aroma to work. Happy regular buyer.
I buy this product regularly and am very happy with it's consistent quality. I'm not an expert on purity or bio-chemistry, but as an anti-inflamatory for my knee osteo-arthritis (OA) 5 drops a day just above the knee on the skin work fine for me.
