Probably best enzyme mix
“This is probably the best enzyme mix with its rich natural enzymes, but it contains cumin and that's one of the strongest acid reflux trigger for me. Of course I knew this before buying it as I hadn't seen such a good diverse mix of enyzmes without Betaine HCL or any Ox Bile, so I wanted to try anyway. I am having slow digestion and I think that's the reason of my acid reflux. But slow digestion can happen for different reason i.e. not enough digestive enzymes, or low stomach acid or lack of bile. To be able to find out the root cause in my case I wanted to start with digestive enyzmes only and if it doesn't help then I would add betaine HCL then maybe bile if that doesn't help either. Now I need to find another good quality enzyme blend without Betaine HCL and Bile which is not that easy..”
