Bee rested sleep support supplement is formulated by nutritionists and health experts and combines high quality plant based nutrients with proven benefits. Helps support sleep, restlessness, tension and irritability and relaxation.
Bee rested sleep support includes lavender which decreases tension and restlessness and hops which have a soothing effect promoting good sleep. As well as bee propolis, chamomile, montmorency cherry, royal jelly, magnesium, saffron and griffonia seed extract.

I have CRPS which often disrupts my sleep. Although these don't knock me out, they do seem to help me sleep through and actually wake feeling somewhat rested. I do wish they weren't so expensive, but they are currently even more pricey online so good on H&B.
