Bach Flower remedies
Do not use tap water it is filthy- only use spring water preferably organic. The flower remedies are to be recommended. I know all about them and have used them for many years now 82 this month.

Magic!
Like all the Bach Flower remedies, this works like magic. For maximum effectiveness take in water as we are mostly water and therefore the remedy is more efficiently absorbed. Preferably spring water or filtered, boiled and cooled water.
